When you take a moment to feel the energy present, you can determine if it is a light (Love and Light) or heavy (Hate and Dark) feeling. You can then choose the type of attention you will give it, which can either add or withdraw energy from it.

During painful times, people usually feel like they are in the dark. This commonly occurs because people fear “Hate and Dark” and are unknowingly adding energy to it. By adding more energy to it, they may have a feeling of being consumed by it.
Whatever you focus on receives more energy. That’s not to say ignore your problems, but instead try doing the best you can then letting it go. I see life as a coloring book. I choose what I want to color, and give energy to that part of the picture, making it more vibrant and bringing it to life.
